Cynthia Brown has over 15 years of experience in the Estate Planning field and has enjoyed helping hundreds of clients address the very important matter of estate planning.
Cynthia obtained her Juris Doctor from the local Lincoln Law School in Sacramento, California. Although her primary office is in Folsom, Cynthia has clients from all over El Dorado county, Sacramento County and Placer County.
"I really enjoy educating people on estate planning. People have varying degrees of knowledge on the subject and it is very satisfying to teach my clients something, then have them go to their friends and family members and share what they've learned. "
"A lot of People are under the common misconception that because they don't own much, they don't need to plan for after they die. But the reality is, estate planning is much more than just "post death" planning. Estate planning involves a lot of important decisions that could effect them if they developed Alzheimers or another debilitating illness."
Cynthia allows for a free initial consultation so that all of your questions can be answered regarding the process, the time involved, cost, etc.
Cynthia has found in her experience that most people need at a minimum a Will or Living Trust, an Advance Medical Directive and Power of Attorney. Folks with minor children may need a Guardian set up as well.
"Everyone's situation is unique so a personal consultation with each client is vital in determining that individual or family's particular needs and goals. "
